Barbati Gallery opened in Venice in 2022 with the desire to create a space for contemporary art in dialogue with the city’s rich cultural life. Located in Palazzo Lezze, a historic Venetian Gothic building overlooking Campo Santo Stefano and just steps from the Gallerie dell’Accademia, the Guggenheim Collection, and the Pinault Collection, the gallery is part of the city’s vibrant cultural landscape.
Throughout the year, Barbati Gallery presents exhibitions across painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, installation, and video, featuring Italian and international artists—bringing together established voices and emerging talents. As it grows, the gallery is beginning to represent artists such as Buck Ellison and Sofia Silva, supporting their work and sharing their visions with a wider audience.
