Gallery Collaborations

KOKI ARTS（コウキアーツ）は2012年に東京の馬喰町に開廊した現代美術のギャラリー。ディレクターがニューヨーク出身のため、アメリカ、特にニューヨークで活躍している作家を多く取り扱っている。また、国内作家も若手からベテランまで独自の視点で紹介しており、国内外のアートフェアにも数多く出展している。

Unit 17 opened in January 2017. The gallery focuses on developing artist-driven and curated group exhibitions by Canadian as well as international artists to fulfill the vision of specific artistic or curatorial projects, renegotiating influences of the market and commercial pressures within gallery systems. From 2017-2023 the gallery operated in a 1930s storefront on the west side of the Vancouver. The overall space included a garden, artist studios, kitchens, an outdoor shower, and the gallery which was handed over to a 50-year old artist-run-centre, UNIT/PITT Projects. In 2024, Unit 17 re-opened in downtown Vancouver to engage with the city's dense core as well as key institutional collaborators.
