Joining the talk will be chef Santiago Fernandez, a core member of the Peru-based project Mater Iniciativa, which bridges various interdisciplinary fields including gastronomy, crafts, and folklore; Hikari Mori, who promotes the essence of beauty in Japanese culture by supporting craftsmanship and renovating traditional houses through her company, tefutefu.
